We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering

In this role you will:

.Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.

.Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines.

.Engage with inspiring designers and lead front-end/back-end engineers.

.Reviewing and being responsible for code quality, facilitating development, testing support, production support and implementation of End-to-End Integration applications.

.Investigating and using new technologies where relevant

.Lead the end-to-end development of a future state product on collection and recoveries within the BFSI sector.

.Lead the product build from concept to deployment, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.

.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

.Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and handle escalations efficiently.

.Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, Engineering leads and cross-functional teams to define and agree on product requirements, prioritization, timelines and delivery cadence.

.Engage with surround Tech and collaborate with them to agree on the delivery cadence, and collaborate with Tech Architect, Senior Developers, Engineering leads and Tech BA.

.Analytical skills and the ability to leverage large data sets to drive change and improve current ways of working - can spot trends, patterns, errors and inaccuracies, with excellent attention to detail.

.Flexible approach to work, with the skill and experience to manage and deliver multiple pieces of work at once.

.Delivery focused, and a completer-finisher who possesses tenacity and resilience to get things done.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

.15+ years of overall IT experience with Collections and IT Delivery

.Very strong knowledge and hands on experience on Collections and recoveries platform

.Very detailed understanding of Collections domain and core Collections processing and surrounding systems

.Hand on experience on GCP platforms, airflow and dataflow processing

.Must have prior experience working on complex BFSI deliverables involving multiple platforms.

.Must have sound understand of micro- services and API architecture as well as systems supporting the Collections eco-system

.Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

.Hands on experience on Mainframe and CTA module of VisionPLUS will be added advantage.

.Excellent knowledge on Agile ways of working

.Proven ability to define and build architecturally sound solution designs.

.Experience in estimating development efforts and delivery planning.
