Job Description Job Description Service / Installation Engineer (Chandigarh) REQUIRED SKILLS Core Skills - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to verify and interpret technical drawings. - Strong site handling and execution skills. - Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis). - Customer-oriented approach. - Result-oriented mindset aligned with KRAs. Soft Skills - Proficiency in CRM tools. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Familiarity with Power Play (if applicable). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Execute installations and handovers on time, ensuring project closure as per OTE. - Provide timely updates to Head Office and customers on site and project status. - Resolve customer complaints with proper closure using RCA. - Conduct KSP (Knowledge Sharing Programs) including: - Installation training - Troubleshooting - Spares selection - Training for SHPL / SP / CP / Authorized Installation Contractors - Achieve regional after-sales business targets as per KRA. - Ensure closure of warranty and non-warranty service tickets within defined OTD timelines. - Conduct performance audits and campaigns for supplied products. - Work toward achieving targeted after-sales revenue aligned with organizational goals. - Minimize QAR and reduce cost of poor quality (including FOC supplies). BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES - Self-motivated and proactive. - Strong team player. - Able to take initiative and start tasks independently. - Willingness to travel as required. - Flexibility to work across any location PAN India.
