Job Description - Holds the highest level of operational responsibility within the gym. - All team members in the club will be directly answerable to the manager. - Responsible for overseeing all purchase-related activities required for club operations. - Authorized to make minor financial decisions for day-to-day management. - Can engage in sales activities and will be incentivized based on performance. - Ensures the staff performs efficiently, maintains discipline, and delivers high-quality service. - Manages the staff roster and shift timings to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency. - Expected to work flexible hours, typically around 9 hours per day. - Accountable for meeting the overall targets of the club, including sales and service standards. - Oversees and manages the club's software systems for operational and reporting purposes. - Responsible for public relations, client follow-ups, and lead conversion. - Leads the pre-sales phase of the club including marketing activities such as flyers, inserts, and outdoor promotions.
