Job Description

Lotus Chocolate is a leading Indian chocolate and cocoa products company, established in 1988 and headquartered in Hyderabad. It operates a fully integrated manufacturing facility, producing a wide range of consumer products under brands like Chuckles and Superr Carr, as well as industrial ingredients for other food manufacturers. The company's market position was significantly bolstered by its acquisition by Reliance Consumer Products in 2023, which is enabling it to expand its distribution network nationwide. With a focus on quality and a diverse product portfolio, Lotus Chocolate serves both the direct consumer market and the B2B segment. The company is poised for growth with its new strategic backing and an expanded presence in the Indian market.

We are looking for Manager/Sr. Manager - Treasury for our head office at Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have 12-14 years of experience, strong in concepts of Finance and if possible, from an FMCG Industry. Preference would be given to immediate joiners. PFB the JD for the role:

- Counterparty Risk

3. Corporate Finance and Debt Management

- Debt and Capital Structure
- Relationship Management
- Investment Management
- Capital Expenditure Analysis

4. Treasury Operations and Compliance

- Banking Operations
- System and Technology
- Internal Controls
- Regulatory Compliance

5. Financial Planning and Reporting

This role is critical as the treasury function is not just about managing cash; it's a strategic partner that enables business growth by ensuring financial stability, mitigating risks, and optimizing the use of financial resources.
