our joint accomplishments Why should you join MES team We are looking for a Lead MES Analyst to support our customers in the development of master batch records MBRs in the MES system This team plays a crucial role in delivering digital factory solutions by translating complex process requirements into optimized control strategies and MBRs using advanced MES platform You will work in an innovative multi-disciplinary team of engineers and consultants focused on designing developing implementing and validating MES solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries Your work will support clients in achieving compliant efficient and future-ready manufacturing operations Location Bangalore India Seniority 11-12 years Department Manufacturing Operations Management How you might spend your days Main Roles Responsibilities Leading the team of MES Analysts and designing developing workflows recipes and master data using PAS-X MES system The work requires the use of advanced analytical and business skills to adapt policies and develop procedures and processes Make critical decisions that impact their own team and possibly other teams or operational areas Also contributes to broader decision-making within the department Facilitating requirement gathering sessions with clients to design manage libraries aligned with business processes and regulatory standards Integrating MES PAS-X and DCS 800xA systems to enable seamless batch execution data integrity and traceability Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including process experts validation engineers and data historians e g AVEVA PI System Planning coordinating with different stakeholders level 2 4 and executing FAT SAT UATs for different recipes in MES system Responsible for resolving queries related to the preparation execution of master batch records Enhance the quality by collaborating with manufacturing operation team Delivering expert technical support for MES and ensuring optimal system performance resolving issues promptly and enhancing operations to meet customer requirements Review work and ensure coaching training of more junior colleagues on recent technologies positions there are some things that are needed and others a bonus We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role B E B TECH or M E M TECH in Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Computer Science or a related life science engineering field Experience with MES platforms such as Korber PAS-X Emerson Syncade or any other proficient MES software Understanding of DCS platforms particularly ABB System 800xA or DeltaV or similar Solid understanding of cGMP ISA-88 batch control standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical production Demonstrated experience with development testing and validation of manufacturing systems in a GxP-regulated environment Experience in consulting or project execution is a plus We re experts bound by a noble cause
