Job Description Position: Social Media Manager Experience: 24 Years Job Location: Hyderabad (strictly office-based) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who can efficiently manage multiple client accounts and handle various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, reach, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across different clients simultaneously. - Create engaging content , including videos, reels, posts, and stories for the clients. - Develop, plan, and execute monthly content calendars. - Monitor analytics, insights, and trends to improve campaign performance. - Handle online reputation management by tracking and responding to reviews on platforms like Glassdoor, Google Reviews, etc. - Collaborate with the design and content teams for high-quality creative output. - Stay updated with emerging platforms, trends, and best practices in social media marketing. Required Skills: - Strong experience in Social Media Management, preferably in an agency environment. - Ability to create and edit videos for marketing and brand promotion. - Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English; Hindi and Telugu are an added advantage. - Good to have knowledge of SMM tools like Zoho Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, or Meta Business Suite. - Strong understanding of analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) - Creative thinker with the ability to handle deadlines and multitask efficiently.
