Job Description

Hiring HR Specialist( For Team Diversity, this role is open for Woman)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)

Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiner

Job Summary:

The HR Specialist manages key HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, and compliance while providing support to employees and leadership. The HR Specialist will act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing queries and concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Onboarding new hires, including paperwork processing, background checks, preparing welcome materials and orientation sessions.
- Maintained employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conducting HR interviews and negotiations (if needed) with candidates as part of the recruitment process.
- Managing benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations by handling concerns, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, DEI initiatives, and career development.
- Work on HR projects such as performance management system improvements.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback cycles.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
- Conduct Quarterly 1-1 sessions with employees to gauge their engagement and overall experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychologist, Business Administration, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
