Job Description Responsibilities: PLM - PDM Consultancy - Understand, map, and document product development and manufacturing processes such as: - Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and management - Engineering Change Management - Document/Data control and versioning - Item and part lifecycle tracking - Product release and approvals System Support & Collaboration - Collaboration between design, manufacturing, and quality teams. - Work closely with the implementation team to configure PLM workflows and data models based on real-world manufacturing practices. - Support the deployment and user onboarding for Autodesk PLM tools (Fusion Manage, Vault, Upchain). - Learn PLM/PDM tool capabilities and configurations with minimal supervision and apply them to real use cases. - Create documentation, training guides, and support materials for internal and client use. Integration (Nice to have) - Design and implement bi-directional integration between PLM/PDM and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics). - Map and synchronize items, BOMs, documents, ECOs, and materials. - Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, middleware (Boomi/MuleSoft), or file-based methods. Requirements - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering. - 0-3 years of experience in a PLM implementation , manufacturing or engineering domain. - Solid understanding of how products are developed, revised, and released in manufacturing companies. - Aptitude to learn new tools quickly and systems independently. - Strong analytical and documentation skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities.
