About the Role

Position: Assistant Professor – School of Computing

Location: Solapur, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

- Teach and mentor students in Computer Science and related fields using activity-based and industry-relevant approaches.
- Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to academic and institutional growth.
- Engage students in projects, seminars, workshops, and connect academia with industry.
- Participate in curriculum design, quality assurance (NBA/NAAC/UGC/AICTE), and innovative teaching methodologies.

Qualifications

- ME/M.Tech and BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from IITs, NITs, IIITs, IISc.
- PhD or pursuing PhD from Tier-1 institutes preferred.
- 0–2 years teaching/research experience; industry exposure and global experience desirable.
- SET/NET/JRF/GATE qualified is a plus.

Required Skills

- Strong subject knowledge in programming, AI, ML, Data Science, Cloud, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, IoT.
- Passionate educator, researcher, and mentor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative team player with high EQ and SQ.
