Job Description Sales Planning & Strategy - Prepare sales plans for peak and non-peak periods. - Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies. - Monitor revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion rates. - Track competitor activities and market trends. - Recommend pricing strategies for all properties. Sales Support & Coaching - Assist team members in achieving sales targets. - Support sales closures and participate in client meetings. - Conduct coaching calls and field visits with team members. - Contribute ideas to enhance sales performance and team objectives. Team Management & Development - Participate actively in team activities, including property visits. - Coach and mentor team members to improve performance. - Encourage upward feedback within the team. - Conduct regular sales training sessions for the team. - Provide performance feedback and resolve team conflicts. Process & System Implementation - Implement and maintain centrally developed processes and systems. - Ensure ground staff adherence to standardized procedures.
