We're hiring an Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with senior leadership, ensuring smooth coordination across projects, operations, and business development.

This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to handle sensitive information, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll do

- Manage leadership calendars, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress across teams.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
- Support meetings with notes, summaries, and action trackers.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
