- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to identify and qualify new suppliers that align with Allegion's strategic and sourcing goals and ensure the supply base supports business growth.
- Lead supplier development initiatives by identifying gaps in supplier performance and collaborating with suppliers to improve processes through capability studies, FMEA, MSAs/GRRs, control plans, and error-proofing techniques.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) programs by facilitating supplier readiness for Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) activities, including Characteristics Review Process, yield reviews, and run-at-rate activities.
- Conduct supplier audits, performance reviews, and support other supplier-related initiatives, such as scorecards, risk assessments, and performance tracking, to monitor compliance and enable data-driven decision-making.
