Key Responsibilities Review client documents and ensure completeness for visa application filing Fill and submit visa application forms online offline for countries such as Canada USA UK Australia Schengen and others Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation Keep track of embassy requirements and updates related to visa filing procedures Ensure timely submission of applications and maintain filing schedules Liaise with the embassy or VFS global visa application centres as required Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping of all applications submitted Provide accurate updates to clients regarding the status of their applications Support in preparing cover letters SOPs and supporting documents where required Requirements Minimum qualification Graduate in any stream preferably in immigration law background 1 years of experience in visa documentation or filing preferred Strong knowledge of visa processes for major destinations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using computers and online application portals Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Application Deadline 04 08 2025 Expected Start Date 02 08 2025
