Job Description RPMG: Strategy Head - Unsecured Loans INTERNAL USAGE: No. of Vacancies: - Reports to: Executive Vice President Is a Team leader Y Team Size: Grade: SVP I/SVP II Business: Retail Banking Department: Retail Portfolio Management Group Sub-Department: Strategy Location: Mumbai About Retail Portfolio Management Group The RPMG department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank AbouttheRole To oversee the Overall Process, Strategy, Forecasting, budgeting and analysing the product specific market for the Retail Portfolio Management Group Key Responsibilities - Deep Analysis of the bounce rate - Working with BIU team to formulate EDM logics & ensure sharper coverage of bounce rate. - Person is expected to analyze all bucketing stock efficiency, to ensure right intervention. - Drawing on the capsules for priority coverage for write of field collections. - Working with BIU to identify which cases to move to call center, other cases to move to field from stand pt of velocity to connect & collect at an optimum cost & optimum efficiency. - Keeping tab on prod, cost & effi - Rolling out incentives schemes for channels basis stock position on the delinquents - Portfolio cut detailed trailed analysis for inputs to product & risk team in terms of shaping of credit/risk policy. Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute - 15+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Product Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: - Knowledge and understanding of collections and market dynamics - Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms - Ability to deliver in high pressure - Team Management, - Basic Knowledge of Legalities of Collections - Good Networking with Local Authorities - Strong follow up and recovery mindset, design and review logics of field follow up for the portfolio managed towards achievement of target set.
