About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to manage, support, and secure our IT infrastructure across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, LAN/WAN networks, IT security, and firewall management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Responsibilities IT Infrastructure & Network Management - Administer, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and other network devices. - Ensure high availability and performance of network systems and IT infrastructure. - Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely manner. Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration - Manage and administer Microsoft O365 services including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. - Provide user support and ensure smooth functioning of O365 applications. - Administer MS Dynamics (advantageous) for business applications support. IT Security & Compliance - Implement and monitor IT security policies, firewalls, and endpoint/device control solutions. - Ensure secure user access, data protection, and compliance with organizational policies. - Regularly update security patches, monitor potential threats, and respond to incidents. System & Device Management - Manage and control company devices, laptops, and IT assets. - Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment. - Maintain inventory and documentation of IT infrastructure. Support & Training - Provide technical support to users on hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Conduct periodic user awareness sessions on IT security best practices. - Support IT initiatives, upgrades, and new implementations across sites. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (BE IT/CS preferred). Experience - Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in IT network administration. Required Skills - Microsoft O365 administration (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive). - LAN/WAN administration, IT security, firewalls, and device control. - MS Dynamics administration (advantage). - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Device control & endpoint protection (MS Intune, Entra ID, Azure, etc.). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills - Microsoft O365 Administration (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive). - MS Dynamics Administration (preferred). - LAN/WAN Network Management. - IT Security & Firewall Management. - Device Control & Endpoint Protection. - Strong Communication & User Support. Location - Posted at Ahmedabad. - May require occasional travel to other company locations as needed. Compensation - As per industry standards.
