// Urgent hiring for Sales Coordinator // Location: NSP, Delhi Job Title: Sales Coordinator Experience: 1-5 Years Ctc- upto 4.5 Lpa (Depends on interview) Working Days- 6 days (Timings 10:00 AM To 6:30 PM) Roles and Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and order processing. • Support sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, invoices, and related documents. - Update, monitor, and maintain customer data, leads, and sales activities in Zoho CRM. - Act as a link between the Sales, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure on-time order delivery and customer satisfaction. - Communicate with customers for order confirmations, payment updates, and dispatch details. - Maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking sheets. - Identify process gaps and assist in improving sales coordination workflows for efficiency. - Ensure all documentation, approvals, and reporting comply with company standards and timelines.
