Hiring: QC Head – Textile Unit Location: Indore – Sanwer Road, Sector C Industry: Textiles (Preferred: Export & Home Textile Bedding Segment) Experience: 5+ years in Quality Control (Textile industry experience required) Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc in Textile Technology or related field Key Skills Required Strong understanding of textile fabrics, processes, and quality standards Hands-on experience in quality inspection and testing methods Effective leadership and team management capabilities High attention to detail with strong analytical/problem-solving skills Familiarity with QC tools, quality systems, and reporting software Good communication and documentation skills Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Control team across all stages of textile production Ensure quality checks at every stage: raw material, in-process, and final inspection Develop, implement, and improve quality standards, SOPs, and inspection processes Maintain accurate records of quality reports, test results, and non-conformance Identify defects and drive corrective & preventive actions Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to enhance product quality Conduct training sessions for QC staff on inspection methods and procedures Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements Prepare daily/weekly QC reports for management review Interested candidates can share their resume at: hr@rameshtextiles.com
