Role Description for Content Writer We are seeking a content professional passionate about the devotional and mythology space, with strong skills in research, writing, and editing in Hindi. The role involves creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content across multiple formats and channels while maintaining editorial standards and managing calendars. You will collaborate with writers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, engaging, and reader-friendly content for Indian and global audiences. Responsibilities 1. Ability to research devotional and mythology space to create in-depth rich content 2. Create & Translate content for various marketing collaterals/channels like eBook, infographic, Quiz in Hindi 3. Researching relevant trends, hot and trending keywords, gaps in content online, to create fresh content for Devotional space for Indian and Global users. 4. Setting up content quality benchmarks and managing the quality of content being published. 5. Creating a monthly and seasonal editorial calendar with the editorial team 6. Commissioning articles from the writing team (both freelance and in-house) and ensuring on-time delivery. 7. Evaluate and approve the submitted articles for cohesiveness and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content. 8. Editing and rewriting articles, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writer for revision. 9. Editing and rewriting descriptions, website content, marketing communications, etc. 10. Ensuring all published content is of top-notch quality and reader-friendly 11. Analyze and interpret data such as CTR and SEO metrics to derive insights and improve content performance 12. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and deliver efficient results. 13. Overseeing artwork, design, and photography for web content Requirements 1. Excellent Hindi Writing Skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver grammatically error-free content. 2. Fluent in Hindi Speaking and Writing. 3. Interest towards Devotional, Mythology and Spiritual space 4. Good understanding of Data and the ability to gather insights for better results. 5. Highly accountable and took initiatives 6. Process-oriented mindset and scale thinking 7. Good understanding of data analytics and the ability to derive insights from CTR, SEO, and engagement metrics. 8. Experienced in building teams and scalable processes 9.
