Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive sustainable business growth
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
- Qualify leads and prioritize them based on business potential and alignment
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and customize solutions that add value
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches and promotional campaigns
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement closures
- Ensure a seamless transition of new clients to account management or service delivery teams
- Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive business development plan outlining short- and long-term goals
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet evolving objectives
- Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and finance teams to align business initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market behavior, and competitor analysis
- Leverage insights and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitive market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a goal-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Open to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events
