Job Description Location: Foundry House, Bangalore (Banaswadi) Experience Level: 0-6 months Job Overview: We seek a skilled and passionate Trainee Barista with 0-6 months of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong love for coffee, customer service excellence, and a drive for creating the perfect coffee experience. Qualifications and Skills: - 0-6 months of barista experience in a coffee shop or similar setting. - Good customer service and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. - Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. - Ready to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and milk steaming techniques is a Plus and should be open to training. - Certified Baristas will be given preference.
