Job Title Offline Sales and Marketing Executive preferable garment industry experience only Location Odisha India Company TREERANGA Fashion Fest Pvt Ltd Job Overview TREERANGA is looking for a dynamic and motivated Offline Sales and Marketing Executive to expand our presence in the offline market The role involves driving sales and managing marketing efforts to build partnerships with retail stores shopping malls and other offline channels in Odisha You will play a key role in boosting our brand visibility and ensuring product availability in key retail outlets Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to drive sales through offline channels such as retail stores shopping malls and local markets Build and maintain relationships with retailers wholesalers and other business partners Manage end-to-end sales processes including prospecting lead generation and negotiation with potential partners Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities Create and execute offline marketing campaigns such as promotions in-store displays and events Work closely with the internal marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels Report on sales performance market trends and customer feedback Represent TREERANGA at local business events exhibitions and meetings Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product availability or distribution Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing experience in offline channels is preferred Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships simultaneously Willingness to travel across Odisha for business meetings and site visits Knowledge of the local market in Odisha is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A supportive and collaborative work environment Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Freelance Contract length 12 months Pay 8 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Expected hours No more than 40 per week Compensation Package Bonus pay Commission pay Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Lead generation 1 year Required total work 1 year Required Marketing 1 year Required Language English Preferred
