Job Title: React Developer (UI/UX)

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Any PAN India - Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with strong UI/UX expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing responsive web applications using React.js along with expertise in UI design tools like Figma. You will collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js.
- Translate Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality UI components.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and contribute to CI/CD processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and UI/UX best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma).
- Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux / Context API).
- Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser design.
- Experience in consuming REST APIs/GraphQL.

- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Experience with TailwindCSS / Material-UI / ShadCN UI.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
