Job Description

Location: Bangalore (preferably North Bangalore; office at WeWork Manayata Tech Park)

Type: Internship (Hybrid - primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetups)

Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Compensation: 10,000/month + reimbursement of travel expenses

About the Role

We are looking for two Program & Community Interns to support a variety of activities across operations, HR, events, and community engagement. This is a broad role that will allow you to work closely with leadership, manage day-to-day execution, and contribute to building a strong, engaged community.

Responsibilities

- Assist with operations and coordination of ongoing initiatives.
- Support in onboarding, HR coordination, and communications.
- Help organize and manage remote sessions, workshops, and in-person meetups.
- Track participation, engagement, and deliverables.
- Manage community platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn, email).
- Prepare reports, updates, and documentation for leadership.
- Take initiative to enhance community experience and engagement.

Who Can Apply

- Based in Bangalore (preferably North Bangalore).
- Students/fresh graduates or early professionals interested in program management, HR, operations, or community roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Familiar with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Slack/WhatsApp).
