Job Description Job Description: TheVisa Counselorwill be responsible for guiding clients through the complete visa application process, from consultation to submission. The role requires excellent communication, up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and successful visa outcomes. Job Responsibilities: Client Counseling: - Provide accurate and updated information to clients about visa procedures, documentation, processing timelines, and eligibility. - Counsel clients regarding different visa categories (tourist, student, work, business, etc.) based on their requirements. Application Handling: - Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all visa-related paperwork before submission. - Submit applications to the respective consulates/embassies as per guidelines. Follow-ups & Updates: - Keep track of submitted applications and regularly update clients on the status. - Coordinate with consulates, embassies, and VFS centers for smooth processing. Documentation: - Maintain proper records of client data, applications, and correspondence. - Verify authenticity of documents provided by clients. Knowledge Management: - Stay updated with the latest visa policies, rules, and regulations of different countries. - Share updated guidelines and changes with the team and clients. Customer Service: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Handle client queries, concerns, or escalations professionally. Additional Support: - Assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed clients by providing visa-related clarity. - Support travel/tour packages by ensuring visa readiness in alignment with itineraries. Job Requirement: - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum 3 years of prior experience in visa counseling in immigration services or travel industry preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
