Job Description QI LIFECARE is looking out for a dedicated and experienced PHYSIOTHERAPIST DOCTOR to join our dynamic healthcare team. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work collaboratively with the clinic team and cross functional teams ensuring excellent patient treatment and experience in the clinic at all times. - Highest levels of patient ownership and ownership for the organization when representing it in front of the patient. - Continuous learning to excel clinically and as a Doctor overall. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor of Physiotherapy ( BPT candidates should have completed 6 months if internship) Master of Physiotherapy. WHAT WE OFFER: - A comprehensive 1 month training program focusing on building them as a Spine Specialist. - Post training - There is an on-going mentoring for the next 2 months to ensure they are inducted into our system . - All candidates choosing to join us are required to sign a 1.5 years deed of indemnity towards the training provided. Clinical - Accurate history taking including detailed probing into information provided to identify any information needed to form the diagnosis - Detailed examination of the patient using various manual therapy techniques - Hands-on treatment - including exercise progressions, exercise forms, identifying trick movements, understanding the prohibited exercises and the rationale - Using technology to ensure consistent diagnosis and treatment of patients Processes - Recording the diagnosis and patient's functional goals and tracking them closely throughout the treatment journey - Recording treatment progress at intervals and end of treatment outcomes - All other operational processes related to patient's journey within the organization ensuring that they are taken care of. Personality - Grooming & soft-skills o Communication - Expectation setting - Handling barriers - Why should a patient choose conservative treatment - Handling touch situations CURRENT OPENINGS AT: LOCATION:Mumbai ( Thane, Marine lines, Andheri and Borivali locations) Note- The Training program of 1 month will be held at Ghatkopar Clinic.
