The role involves leading and overseeing the design team to create user-centered experiences and innovative solutions. Responsibilities include designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring seamless user experience and visual aesthetics. The Design Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and brand identity. Qualifications Proficiency in Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping Strong expertise in User Experience Design (UED) and implementing user-centered design methodologies Experience and understanding of Front-End Development concepts Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with diverse teams Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Experience in financial technology design is a strong advantage
