Job Title Mechanical Design Engineer - Transformer Industry Company - KRYFS Power Components Ltd Candidates with experience in Transformer Design will be preferred Location - Kherdi Silvassa Experience 2 to 5 years Industry Transformer Fabrication Heavy Engineering We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in transformer design or related fabrication-intensive industries The ideal candidate should be experienced in mechanical drafting proficient in AutoCAD and capable of independently handling mechanical aspects of transformer design and development Key Responsibilities Interpret and create engineering drawings for transformer components and assemblies Design mechanical parts and enclosures for power and distribution transformers Prepare accurate and detailed manufacturing drawings and Bill of Materials BOM Perform sheet metal design layout planning and material nesting for optimized fabrication Work closely with the electrical design team to ensure mechanical compatibility and integration Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks or equivalent for 2D drafting and 3D modeling Ensure all designs comply with industry standards client specifications and internal guidelines Participate in design reviews identify improvement areas and support continuous product development Coordinate with vendors and the production team for smooth execution and fabrication support Requirements Diploma B E in Mechanical Engineering Diploma preferred Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in transformer design fabrication or heavy engineering industries Proficient in AutoCAD with hands-on drafting experience Familiarity with SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software Experience with nesting tools for sheet metal layout optimization Strong understanding of mechanical design principles materials tolerancing and fabrication processes Good mathematical and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Knowledge of standards related to transformer manufacturing is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
