The newly created Global Business Technology (GBT) team at Chargebee will be at the forefront of all major Chargebee growth and strategic initiatives. As such, we are looking to staff the team with the top talent at the organization.

We are seeking an Implementation consultant, who will be a hands-on Implementation expert and key contributor to the implementation of Finance systems at Chargebee.

Responsibilities:

- Deep knowledge of the features and capabilities of Netsuite ERP, Accounting, Procurement and Finance, Forecasting and planning (EPM) systems, develop innovative solution utilizing mostly out of the box functionality
- Configuring and managing Netsuite ERP (AP, Procurement, GL, Assets modules at a minimum)
- Document and interpret requirements received from with key business stakeholders into actionable implementation plans and designs
- Supporting the creation of Fit-Gap matrixes and process alignments documentation to ensure solution meets requirements and product functionality
- Develop requirements for the Finance in consultation with involved internal departments and subsidiaries and other Global Business Technology teams such as HR, Finance,
- Hands on configuration of the Finance systems, Accounting and procurement systems and managing the implementation throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Work closely with the Implementation project Manager, Solution Implementation analysts, data and other implementation team members to ensure the implementation is completed per the agreed upon design
- Responsible for the design and implementation of integrating Financial systems with external and internal systems such as HRIS, CRM, BI.
- Administration of the Finance systems as needed on the implementation project
- Contribute estimates to the project implementation timeline formulation
- Raise and escalate issues as needed to PM and project leadership
- Work closely with data team ion data migration plan and data modeling to ensure alignment to future data model vision

Qualifications:

- Experience (5-7 years) in delivering implementation services of finance systems
- Strong expertise in Netsuite ERP (AP, Procurement, GL, Assets modules at a minimum)
- Good experience with FP&A/EPM systems synch as Oracle EPM
- Ability to work in fast paced environment & keep pace with the business offering, technical innovation and market driven initiatives
- Working expert experience integrating Financial systems with CRM, HRIAS, BI and other systems and other systems using APIs as well as Middlelayer tools such as Boomi, Workato or Mulesoft
- Open minded, able to share information with, transfer knowledge and expertise to/from team members
- Good experience of enterprise architecture tools (Enterprise Architect), data modeling tools
- Good understanding of overall Software Development/Implementation Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, tools and technologies (including development tools, testing tools, configuration management and release management tools)
- Strong requirements definition, design, documentation skills
- Strong QA and Testing Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and ability to facilitate discussions and decision making
- Good experience of requirements, dev and PM tools (JIRA preferred)
