About Responsibilities/ Duties: -

- Collaborate with the business development team to refine the sales strategy.
- Counseling students on their career progression and upskilling required.
- Work on crafting the sales pitch and converting the warmer leads.
- Interact with students to provide guidance, mentorship and counseling.
- Craft, negotiate and finalize deals with students.

- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills (English + Kannada)
- Strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and delivering work that is of a high standard.
- Quick learner and someone who has high work ownership.
- Student centric mindset and willingness to take extra steps to achieve desired outcomes.
