Key Responsibilities Patient Care Assess and record patients health conditions and vital signs Administer medications injections IVs and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly Assist in medical procedures and examinations Provide wound care and manage infections Patient Education Educate patients and families on illness management treatment options and post-treatment care Provide advice on health maintenance nutrition hygiene and disease prevention Collaboration Work alongside doctors specialists and other nurses to deliver comprehensive care Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the healthcare team Coordinate with healthcare providers to develop patient care plans Documentation Maintain accurate patient records including vital signs medications administered and treatment responses Document patient histories assessments and any care provided Emergency Care Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving interventions such as CPR Assist in the stabilization and transfer of critically ill patients Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Nursing 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred License Certification Nursing License Preferred Work Location In person
