JD for Video Editor

What can you Expect

As a Jr. Video Editor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and various brands contributing your unique perspective and creativity to each endeavour.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Video Editing

- Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with client objectives and creative vision

- Cut, trim, and arrange footage to create compelling narratives and visual stories

- Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall production value of videos

- Ensure consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all video projects

B. Collaborative Project Delivery:

- Team Collaboration for Effective Video Task Execution

- Work closely with other team members to grasp project requirements and deliver edits that exceed client expectations.

-Collaborate closely with Creative Brand Solutions, Account Management, and Production Team to understand project requirements and deliver shoots that meet client needs.

C. Technical Proficiency:

- Proficiency with editing softwares like Premiere Pro and After Effects. Photoshop and graphic design knowledge is an added advantage.

- Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, tools, and trends to enhance editing skills and workflow efficiency.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery

D. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Creative , Brand Solutions, Account Management, and Production Team to understand project requirements and deliver shoots that meet client needs.

E.. Time Management: Ensuring all the projects assigned are met on the given deadline

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to the craft.

- 06 months to 03 years of work experience in digital marketing, production house

- Candidate must be from Mumbai Location

- Proficiency in industry-standard Premiere Pro and After Effects

- Basic knowledge of Photoshop to understand color palettes and graphics and Davinci&aposs resolve for color grading is a bonus.
