About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Partner to spearhead business development across Central Asia and the Middle East. This role involves generating new business, managing client accounts, handling proposals, and building strong partner networks to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through lead generation, outbound calls, and strategic networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Handle RFP/RFI processes and prepare tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to drive repeat business.
- Utilise CRM tools to track pipeline, manage accounts, and report sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Represent SMC at client meetings, industry events, and virtual presentations.
Skills and Tools
- CRM: Salesforce lead tracking & pipeline management.
- Outbound Sales: LinkedIn Sales Navigator prospecting & outreach.
- Lead Closure: Negotiation & presentation expertise.
- RFPs & Proposals: MS Word tailored bid creation.
- Collaboration: Microsoft Teams client & partner engagement.
- Market Research: Statista market intelligence.
- Data & Reporting: Excel advanced reporting & analytics.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in account management and sales with a proven record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Ability to manage and engage channel partners effectively.
- Knowledge of the Central Asia market and regional business landscape.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of relevant local languages is an advantage.
- Experience in consulting or technology industry preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
