Job Title: Google & Meta Ads Manager - Digital Agency Experience Preferred Location: Dwarka, Delhi Experience Required: 3+ Years About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team to manage our international clients campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing & scaling ecommerce & service based businesses. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms to deliver measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified inquiries for service-based businesses. - Manage E-Commerce campaigns, including product feed optimization, retargeting, and performance scaling. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. - Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels for better conversion rates. - Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes. - Collaborate with the creative and content team to align campaigns with business goals. Key Requirements: - 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across different verticals in international markets. - Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency. - Proven track record of handling international clients across industries. - Strong experience in both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools. - Strong analytical, optimization, and problem-solving skills. - Only candidates from Delhi would be preferred
