About the Role
Were looking for a strategic and results-driven PR professional who can confidently manage high-value accounts and lead media engagement across real estate, corporate, technology, and B2B sectors. This role combines strong account management skills with the ability to create powerful BD decks, pitch effectively, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute PR campaigns with a strong focus on real estate, corporate, and startup beats
- Have a strategic mindset to build and present high-quality BD decks, proposals that stand out for their clarity and impact.
- Support client pitches and confidently represent the agency to prospective and existing clients.
- Strengthen media relationships across Tier-1 business, trade, and sector-specific publications (print, digital, and broadcast).
- Draft press releases, thought leadership pieces, and strategic messaging documents aligned with client positioning.
- Track media trends and proactively identify coverage opportunities across multiple beats.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are met within set timelines and KPIs, with thorough reporting and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong media relations and proactively leverage these connections to secure impactful coverage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, providing guidance and fostering a productive, solution-oriented work environment.
What Were Looking For
- 57 years of PR experience with proven exposure to real estate, corporate, and tech PR, in addition to other sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to secure impactful Tier-1 media coverage across business and sector-specific outlets.
- Exceptional BD skills; from deck creation to pitching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing both clients and media stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment without compromising quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Mass Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Established network of journalists and media contacts in real estate, corporate, and startup
- Prior agency experience is a plus.
