Job Description - Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. - Support partners through structured training, product orientation, and ongoing enablement to ensure their success. - Manage the performance of existing partners and implement strategies to maximize their sales outcomes. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, working collaboratively to meet shared business goals. - Align channel initiatives with the sales team to ensure consistent execution of overall sales strategies. - Monitor market movements, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to refine channel approaches. - Create and manage channel budgets, forecasts, and program plans including incentives, marketing support, and training. - Track, measure, and report partner performance using defined metrics such as sales, revenue contribution, and engagement levels. - Address challenges, resolve conflicts, and provide continuous guidance to channel partners. - Participate in industry events and conferences to strengthen the partner network and enhance company visibility. Experience Required: - 35 years of experience in channel management or sales. - Hands-on experience using CRM tools and managing partner pipelines. - Strong understanding of sales strategies and channel-driven business structures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
