Personal Secretary Location Faridabad Experience 4 Years Qualification Graduation Role Overview The Personal Secretary will provide administrative secretarial and organizational support to senior leadership The role requires accuracy professionalism strong shorthand skills and the ability to manage confidential information efficiently Roles Responsibilities Administrative Secretarial Support Take dictations in shorthand and transcribe them accurately Draft type and format official letters emails and reports Maintain and organize physical and digital files documents and records Handle incoming and outgoing mail couriers and correspondence Prepare meeting minutes and track action items until closure Scheduling Coordination Manage appointments calendars and meetings for the reporting authority Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required Arrange travel itineraries bookings and logistics when needed Documentation Reporting Assist in preparing presentations MIS reports and official documentation Maintain office supplies filing systems and ensure smooth office operations Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters Required Knowledge Skills Abilities Strong proficiency in Shorthand Stenography Fast and accurate typing skills with good computer proficiency MS Office Excellent command of English and Hindi written verbal Strong organizational communication and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Job Type Full-time
