The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for all post-sales communication. - Maintain and update customer records, project status, and feedback in CRM software or Excel reports. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally. - Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Dispatch, and Accounts) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Follow up on project timelines, order updates, and payment schedules. - Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management. - Assist in maintaining documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and client correspondence. - Support the sales and marketing teams in client retention and relationship-building activities. - Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients to enhance trust and long-term partnerships. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce). - 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Client Coordination (preferably in a manufacturing setup). - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail.
