Position: Software Developer – Windsurf AI Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Siruseri, Chennai Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a Software Developer with hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development, along with exposure to Windsurf AI for intelligent code assistance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while maintaining strong coding discipline and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using modern technologies (preferably Angular for frontend and GoLang for backend). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement new product features. - Write and execute unit tests to ensure clean, reliable, and maintainable code. - Follow coding standards and best practices aligned with the project’s technology stack. - Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with data and application security guidelines. Required Skills & Experience - 1–2 years of experience in software or full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in Angular, GoLang, or equivalent technologies (React, Node.js, Java, Python). - Familiarity with Windsurf AI platform for AI-assisted development and productivity. - Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (Jasmine, Jest, Go Test, or equivalent). - Understanding of secure coding principles (OWASP, input validation, encryption). - Knowledge of coding standards, code review tools, and version control systems (Git/GitHub). - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
