Key Responsibilities Resident Welfare Safety Ensures a safe and comfortable living environment provides counseling and addresses medical or personal emergencies for residents Discipline Rule Enforcement Monitors and enforces hostel rules and regulations maintaining discipline and a peaceful atmosphere among residents Staff Management Supervises and manages hostel staff including performance reviews training and ensuring staff attendance and performance Hostel Operations Oversees daily hostel operations including room assignments maintaining records and coordinating with external vendors Maintenance Cleanliness Ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of the hostel premises and coordinates timely repair and maintenance of furniture and facilities Food Quality Monitoring Monitors the quality of food provided in the hostel messes to ensure a high standard of nutrition and quality Crisis Management Handles and resolves conflicts and other crises effectively and acts as a key point of contact for residents and their guardians Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
