AI Architect / Senior AI Technical Lead

About the Role:

At JK Lucent, we're looking for a visionary AI Architect / Technical Lead to drive the development of next-gen Gen AI solutions for our global clients. Based at our fully equipped delivery centre in Infopark, Koratty (Kerala), you'll work in a collaborative, innovation-first team environment. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for someone who thrives on architecting scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI systems while mentoring talented engineers to achieve technical excellence and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end process of developing and delivering a Gen AI-based solution that provides actionable insights from business data and supports decision-making.
- Architect solution that ensures security and scalability.
- Mentor team members to ensure the successful execution of AI projects.
- Handle and process cloud/on-premises data.
- Converting business requirements into solution designs and ensure reliable and scalable software product through design, development, and testing.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

- 10 plus years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products.
- Strong educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Skilled in data modelling, REST APIs, Microservices architecture design patterns, and Software Architecture.
- Production experience
- Expertise in Gen-AI & MLOPs
- Feature Store
- Kubernetes, Docker
- CI/CD
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
