Responsibilities:

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

- Design and Build SharePoint Sites: Architect and implement modern SharePoint sites that are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.
- User Experience Focus: Apply UX best practices to ensure site navigation, layout, and content organization are intuitive and accessible.
- AI-Driven Visuals: Generate and integrate AI-created images and graphics to enhance site aesthetics and storytelling.
- Content & File Organization: Structure and manage digital assets, documents, and resources to support efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- M365 Integration: Explore and leverage other Microsoft 365 apps (e.g., Power Automate, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Viva) to enrich SharePoint functionality and user engagement. Integration with SharePoint is required.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present concepts, and iterate on solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay curious and proactive about new features, tools, and trends in the Microsoft ecosystem to continuously improve site performance and user satisfaction.
- Have a solid understanding of software development best practices.
- Be familiar with project planning software (e.g., FastTrack, Teamwork, GitHub)

You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented and designers to deliver high-quality services

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience as a SharePoint Online/ O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016
- B.E. / B.Tech. or related qualification
- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, web APIs, and other front-end technologies is a bonus
- Experience & understanding of business applications, data flow, and migration
- Experience with the SharePoint framework, including establishing sites in hybrid contexts, developing and administering them
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of the SDLC process, unit testing, and packaging to deploy from DEV to PROD
- Good understanding of the .Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure Active Directory, & SharePoint site settings
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently, prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently
- Superior problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
- The ability to be adaptable, inventive, and organized in a fast-paced business environment
