Job Description:

Gurugram The Delivery Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns focused on Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Cost Per Action (CPA) models. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and optimize domestic and international affiliate marketing campaigns targeting CPI, CPL, and CPA goals.

o Develop and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners to enhance campaign performance.

o Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

2. Strategy Development:

o Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop effective campaign strategies aligned with business objectives. o Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in both domestic and international markets.

3. Performance Analysis:

o Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to report on ROI, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness. o Utilize analytics tools to track campaign progress and identify areas for improvement.

4. Budget Management: o Manage budgets for affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. o Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to senior management.

5. Team Leadership: o Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution. o Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

6. Compliance and Best Practices: o Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices. o Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on CPI, CPL, and CPA models.

• Proven track record of managing successful domestic and international marketing campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., tracking software, analytics tools).

• Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
