Identifies & understands Client - requirements & needs - Meets decision-makers and develops relationships and builds trust. Plays Lead role in - negotiation & closure of contracts.. - Takes complete ownership of the Accounts , Ensures Customer Satisfaction level, brings clarity - to cross functional activities. - Develops & shares territory business knowledge.
