Role Lead Data Scientist Location Bengaluru What you ll do We re MiQ a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies Our people are at the heart of everything we do so you will be too No matter the role or the location we re all united in the vision to lead the programmatic industry and make it better As a Lead Data Scientist in our data science department you ll have the chance to Drive building of end-to-end AI ML based Ad-Tech solutions with a high performing team Own projects and processes and make sure you deliver with high quality Collaborate with wider capabilities and functions for a collective success Drive innovation in the Data Science team by continuously upskill research apply and then inculcate innovative practices within the team Who are your stakeholders The Team Lead s internal customers stakeholders include Account Managers Traders Sales Analysts They drive building solutions that are used primarily by these internal customers through MiQ proprietary platforms like Lab and Hub The Team Lead usually does not directly collaborate with these customers and the market requirements and solution feedback is through Product Management team Product Management The Team Lead drives development of solutions in his team prioritised as part of the Product roadmap Engineering Teams Work collaboratively with the engineering teams to Program Management They work with program managers to make sure the right project delivery processes are set and followed What you ll bring 7 years of experience in solving data science problems using machine learning data mining algorithms and big data tools Strong experience with advanced SQL and good experience in big data ecosystem - Spark Hive Pig MapReduce Experience of delivering at least one product with involvement in business problem identification proposing solutions and evaluating them identifying required data sources building data pipelines visualising the outputs and taking actions based on the data outputs Strong Experience with at-least one programming language -
