We’re looking for a Webflow Developer with 2–4 years of experience in bringing Figma designs to life through responsive, motion-rich web experiences. Full-time | Work-from-studio | Bengaluru WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - A keen eye for design, detail, and usability. - Ability to develop visually captivating layouts aligned with brand language. - Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset CORE SKILLS - Can expertly manoeuvre the Figma to Webflow handover - Strong understanding of Information Architecture - HTML and CSS proficiency - Responsive web development, layouts, and basic SEO - Familiar with Client-First (v2) Methodology - Skilled in Motion and Micro-interactions (Webflow Animations & Native Webflow GSAP UI) - Experience with Webflow CMS setup and updates NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS - Basic JavaScript - Experience with Third-party integrations / APIs (GSAP with custom code, Three.js, etc.) WHO WE ARE We are an independent collaborative studio that creates meaningful brand experiences through strategic foresight and purposeful, human-centric design.
