JD for PERSONAL BANKER IN CASA SALES Job Title Personal Banker Industry Banking Financial Services Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our retail banking team The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships offering tailored financial solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts CASA through field sales referrals and branch walk-ins Generate leads from the open market and follow up for conversions Cross-sell and upsell banking products such as savings accounts credit cards loans insurance and investment products Handle customer queries complaints and requests efficiently and professionally Achieve individual and branch targets for product sales and customer acquisition Perform regular follow-ups with clients for service and business development Maintain updated knowledge of all bank products services policies and procedures Ensure compliance with KYC AML and other regulatory requirements Eligibility Criteria Experience 1-3 years of experience in banking financial services or sales Skills Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach Good knowledge of banking products and local market Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in CASA Sales
