You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. Responsibilities .Application development frameworks: Utilize Java and .NET frameworks to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. .ServiceNow integration: Lead the integration of ServiceNow into existing systems to enhance functionality and streamline processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. .Cloud application deployment: Oversee the deployment of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Develop strategies for efficient cloud resource utilization. .Mobile app development: Manage the development of mobile applications that meet user needs and business objectives. Optimize apps for performance across various devices. .Restful services: Design and implement Restful services to facilitate communication between applications and enhance user experience. Ensure services are well-documented and secure. Leadership and Strategic Thinking: .Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership skills by mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Drive initiatives that promote continuous improvement within the development team. .Strategic thinking: Apply strategic thinking to align app development efforts with business goals. Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to create competitive advantages. Technical Expertise: .AI product development: Manage the end-to-end development of AI products, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver value to clients.
