Job Description

Regional Sales Planning

- Engage with partner Circle Head/Cluster Heads & internal account management team to build circle sales strategy and prepare an execution plan.Role & responsibilities
- Building Rapport with the Stakeholders, i,e. with Direct Reporting RMs and with the Partner Channel. National Sales Head Senior Regional Manager Senior Area Manager
- Driving Business through the Partner Channels and ensure lead generations and lead conversions.
- Ensuring Branch Activations, RM Goal Sheet achievement, Maintaining Persistency, regular Branch Visits etc, are happening
