The Sales Executive will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations, maintain a deep knowledge of Lakshmi Jewellery's collections, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will also include achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and assisting with in-store displays and inventory management. Qualifications - Strong sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships - Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones or experience in retail sales is highly desirable - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Willingness to learn about the latest jewelry trends and collections - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus - Proficiency in the local language(s) of Pollachi is an advantage
