Job Title QC Engineer Civil Electrical Material Job Summary The QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring all construction and installation work meets quality standards project specifications and applicable codes The role involves inspecting materials monitoring site work conducting tests and preparing quality documentation for civil electrical and material works Key Responsibilities 1 Civil Works Inspect and verify all civil construction activities concrete reinforcement formwork masonry plastering etc Review civil drawings and specifications to ensure compliance Conduct site inspections before during and after construction Monitor concrete quality through slump tests cube testing and material verification Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented 2 Electrical Works Inspect installation of electrical systems cabling conduits panels lighting grounding etc Ensure compliance with electrical drawings codes and safety standards Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems Verify electrical materials and equipment with approved vendor lists and quality requirements 3 Material Inspection Verify and inspect all incoming construction materials against approved material submittals Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material testing and certification Maintain material inspection records and test results Ensure materials are stored and handled properly at the site Documentation Reporting Prepare and maintain quality control reports inspection checklists and test records Maintain updated QA QC logs and documentation Assist in preparation of quality assurance plans QAP and method statements Liaise with project engineers consultants and clients on quality issues Qualifications Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in QC activities within construction projects Knowledge of QA QC procedures ISO standards and construction codes Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with QA QC software preferred Skills Required Strong attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Problem-solving ability and technical understanding Familiar with relevant IS ASTM BIS standards Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience QC 5 years Preferred Electrical 5 years Preferred Civil 5 years Preferred Material 5 years Preferred Solar 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
